Born and raised in Potomac, Maryland, Jonathan Drew Keller earned a degree in management and consumer studies from the University of Maryland in 1993. He moved to Sarasota, Florida, in 1996 and spent time providing consulting services to small businesses before launching his own wealth management practice, 1031 Solutions, in 2001. Since then, Jonathan Drew Keller has been working with clients to create long-term investment strategies centered on securitized real estate.

As president of 1031 Solutions, Jonathan Keller focuses particularly on 1031 exchanges, using strategies such as Delaware Statutory Trusts (DSTs) and alternative securitized real estate investments. He has worked with accredited investors across the country, helping them navigate tax-deferred exchanges and transition from actively managed properties to passive real estate investments. He has helped clients with billions of dollars worth of real estate, supporting cash flow optimization, capital appreciation, tax and estate planning, and risk mitigation.

A licensed financial advisor, Mr. Keller works alongside attorneys, CPAs, and qualified intermediaries to guide clients through the stages of the 1031 exchange process. He does not charge clients fees for this work, only receiving payment through DST commissions.

Mr. Keller is a resident of Boca Raton, Florida. Outside of work, he supports projects in his community run by organizations such as All Faiths Food Bank, Embracing Our Differences, and Flags for Heroes.
